You should
start using The Liquifry No1™ in the breeding tank once the fry hatch and the Male gourami removed back to his community tank. The Liquifry will create a slight discolouration of the water just as infusoria does. Liquifry is the tiny fry's first liquid meal, which will disperse throughout the tank water. Keep them on this liquid diet till they're at the very least ten days old as I stated above. The fry are far too small at this stage to eat powdered flake, they can't, and more importantly won't eat anything of the kind, this will lead to mass fatalities among the tiny fish.
Brine shrimps (Artemia salina) are an important source of food to any tropical fish. Newly hatched shrimps are packed with natural high protein oils. This is the kick-start the tiny fry need for a rapid healthy development and the ability to survive. You can purchase the cysts (eggs) without the shells (decapsulated) suspended in special liquid, the 30g bottle contains approx 1 million nauplii. Without utilising Liquifry No1™ along with newly hatched shrimps your success will dwindle away to almost zero. If you're thinking of breeding and rearing the dwarf gourami I would definitely recommend getting these items.
Finally I built this web site to share my own knowledge and skill on the subject. The web site itself is obviously a non-professional job and cost me nothing but my own time. It takes roughly ten minutes to read through the pages, but it took me a little bit longer to get the script together. I'm sure that any reader that reads the text wont be asking silly question like.
"Is Daddy really necessary?"
All the best! Les Blyth.
